They will gladly submit an application on your behalf.

* HAF Angel Fund $500 Grant Recipients may schedule a series of lessons which are transformative and time sensitive.*
Co-payment is expected in advance or per session.
Co-payment will increase exponentially per week.

10 sessions $15 Co-Pay *Per Visit* (within 2 weeks)
15 sessions $25 Co-Pay *Per Visit* (within 3 weeks)
20 Sessions $30 Co-Pay *Per Visit* (within 4 weeks)
30 Sessions $35 Co-pay *Per Visit* (within 6 weeks)
50 Sessions $40 Co-Pay *Per Visit* (within 10 weeks)
