Movewell mat is a Pilates based strengthening class. We focus on strengthening the whole body, mobility, and breath work.
This class is all done on the mat with small Pilates equipment like the Pilates ring, small weights, bands, and the Pilates ball.
You will leave this class feeling stronger, have a better posture, and more connected to your body.

Happy earth day 🌎 💜💜

It is our duty as earthlings to love and appreciate the earth. Sadly we have gotten far from that truth. There are indeed things we can do to take care of her!

At Movewell we use glass spray bottles, reusable towels, and ceramic cups. I remember when I first opened Movewell there was NO WAY I could use plastic cups and one time use towels. We would create so much waste!

It’s a tiny practice but it adds up.

What do you do daily that helps take care of our beautiful plane??? The smallest practices add up!
