Aloha Beautiful Mama’s!! 💐 Did you know that we offer Prenatal Massage at BOTH of our locations?! That’s right..we have a delicious massage pillow at both locations which allows Mama to lay face down while you’re beautiful belly is safe and cradled allowing you to get some true relief on the back side of tour body! Side lying is also ALWAYS an option if you’d prefer! We do our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible..with pillows and support in all the ways!! 💛 All of our Practitioners are trained in Prenatal but our sweet, Keaton has truly been diving into to the realm of Prenatal Massage these days! 🌸 You can find her at our Trinidad location on Mondays and by request at either location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!

Aloha Beautiful Humans!! 🩷 I wanted to take a lil time to introduce you to a few newish gals to the Ohana!

🌊 Tera has been with us for a while but we finally have lovely photos of her!
Tera is a fabulous deep tissue Practitioner! You can find her on Tuesdays at our Arcata location and by request any other day at either location!!

🌺 Athena has also been with us for a while and she is now holding it down at our Trinidad location on Wednesdays and Thursdays! She is truly AWESOME!

🌷Gilly is such a sweet soul and we are thrilled to have her offerings at our Trinidad location on Fridays and by request at either location on other days..She is our Lymphatic Drainage specialist!

🌸 Rebecca Is the newest addition to the family and we are sooo lucky to have her!! You can catch Rebecca on Fridays and Saturdays at our Arcata location AND on Sundays at our Trinidad location!!

Each and every one of our practitioners are truly talented and AMAZING! I feel so proud and so blessed for this special family that we have curated! 🪷

Justin offers Cranial to adults, infants, toddlers, teens, all ages!! He had the absolute joy of working with several infants on Kauai! He had the pleasure of working with a newborn that was experiencing restrictions in her cranial system and fascia..after 3 sessions, with Justin’s help she was in a much better place! 🙌 This work is truly MAGICAL and we highly suggest you giving it a try!
