Meet owner Eddie Blakeslee. Eddie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon with one brother and two stepsisters. In 2002, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Administration from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Eddie has been a part of the Los Bagels family for over a decade. The people, staff, community, and music keep Eddie going while training new managers, monitoring successes, and working on sustainability projects increases his excitement. "Los Bagels is truly more than just real bagels. It never gets boring, and there's always something new. The staff and community keep it fresh, and even if people do not work here they are always a part of it", says Eddie.
