Lughnasadh 🌾

The first harvest festival on the Wheel of the Year, marking the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox. A time of ripening fruit, full gardens, and the quiet knowing that summer is beginning to wane.

According to myth, the God Lugh created this festival to honor his foster mother, Tailtiu, who died after clearing the land so it could be farmed. In her memory, people gathered for ritual games, feasting, and offerings to the land.

A celebration of skill, sacrifice, and seasonal magick.

To honor this liminal moment:
✦ Bake with intention. Bread, muffins, or pie. Make enough to share. This is a celebration of abundance.
✦ Leave an offering of food or herbs for the land
✦ Light a golden candle and give thanks for what you have worked so hard for
✦ Build an altar of abundance with sun-colored stones, grains, and fruit
✦ Journal your harvests, both literal and metaphorical

May this season remind you that your efforts matter. And that your abundance, in all forms, is worthy of celebration!

Happy Leo Season Witches ❤️‍🔥

Leo season is here blazing from July 23 to August 22, and yes, the drama is warranted.

We’ve arrived at the height of summer. The Sun is blazing. The fruit is ripening. The world is loud, colorful, and alive. Nature is putting on a show, and you are too. Perfect timing.

Leo is ruled by the Sun, the literal center of our solar system. So it’s no surprise this sign is about shining, leading, and being unapologetically visible. Leo is a natural-born leader. This is main character energy, yes, but it’s deeper than that.

Leo teaches us about contained fire 🔥 A nurtured flame. The kind people naturally gather around. When Leo’s fire is balanced, when it’s tended with care, rooted in the heart, and expressed with warmth, it becomes MAGNETIC. Like sitting around a glowing fire at night, it draws people in. Hearts open, Stories flow. There is laughter and connection.
