💜🎉 Yesterday was a day to remember at the CHP Adult Day Center as we celebrated Gerri’s 100th Birthday! 🎂✨She wore her crown and sash proudly, cuddled her memory bear, and enjoyed balloons, cake, and the love of both staff and friends. The room was full of joy and laughter as we honored this incredible milestone — 100 years young and fabulous! 🌸💐Please join us in wishing Gerri the happiest 100th birthday and many more moments filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. 🥳💖

🌟 It’s fair week, and we’re thrilled to be part of the Fulton County Fair! 🌟
CHP Home Care & Hospice is proud to sponsor Senior Day this Wednesday. 🎉 We’ll be sharing about our mission on 96.1 WMTR, and our team will also be volunteering at the booth right next to the Cattleman’s Beef Booth.

✨ A beautiful day at CHP’s ADC✨Today our clients were treated to something extra special — Carson Wyse stopped in to play the piano, and the room was filled with smiles, toe-tapping, and joy. 🎶💛We also welcomed Black Swamp Arts, who led a fun arts & crafts session. 🎨🖌️ Creativity, music, and laughter truly filled the air.Our Adult Day Care (ADC) is such a blessing — a place where loved ones can enjoy companionship, activities, and enrichment every day. Our Adult Day Center clients are LOVING their new garden beds, and the veggies are already popping up! 🍅🌶️

Check out Karl Brace, rocking his Tigers cap and garden game! Today he proudly picked a fresh tomato and banana pepper straight from the raised beds. There’s something truly special about sunshine, good company, and homegrown veggies — and our ADC is blooming with it all!

We’re still smiling from yesterdays ribbon cutting and open house at our Adult Day Center in Archbold! 💚A huge thank you to everyone who came out — from the mayor and our friends at the Archbold Area Chamber of Commerce, to all the wonderful community members who stopped in to support and explore.A special shoutout to Astral Coffee Lounge for providing those incredible drinks (Strawberry Nutella Lattes… yes please! 😍) and for donating the beautiful garden bed through their Coffee for a Cause event. Our participants are already dreaming of what to plant first! 🌱☕️It’s days like these that remind us why we do what we do. Thank you for being part of it! 💙
