Hi Everyone,

Just a quick note to remind everyone that if you would like your medical records from our Office, they will be available to be picked up until 8/1/2025. We just ask that you call before you come to allow us time to get them ready for you. After 8/1/25, they will then be professionally shredded. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Office. It's been so wonderful knowing each and everyone of you during the past 56 years that we were in practice. We want to give everyone a "HUGE" THANK YOU for all of the wonderful recipes Joyce and Lori have received so far to add to their recipe collection as keepsakes (and to try too😊). Each and everyone of them are cherished as is our "friendships" with each of you. If you have not forwarded a recipe yet and wish to do so, we are still here at the Office for a little while yet, or you can mail or email them to us.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that we will be here off and on this week Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 to 12 and 1:30 to 4:00 on Wednesday, Thursday 1:30 to 3:00 (but can double check if will be here a little later), and Friday morning from 7:30 to 11:30, and next week (the week of July 1st) - limited hours, if you would like to pick up your patient records. After that time, we can mail them to you.

** We ask that you call us about an hour before you come to allow us time to get them ready for you, and it is best if you call before coming to double check that we are here the day you wish to come. After July 14th, it will be day by day. Thanks again for your cooperation....

Dear Patient,
This letter is to inform you that I am announcing the closing of the Archbold Chiropractic Center, effective May 30, 2025. It has been a great pleasure providing Chiropractic care for up to five generations over the years. As of June 2, 2025, your confidential medical records may be obtained at our Office during regular business hours Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. *(hours subject to change some days), until June 30, 2025. Records may be requested after June 30, 2025, by mail at P.O. Box 302, Archbold, Ohio 43502, per legal allotted time.
Since Dr. Kapraun has chosen not to remain with us, you may seek Chiropractic care from another provider of your choosing. Dr. Taylor Mainous is a licensed Blair Chiropractic practioner in Perrysburg, Ohio.
