Hi! I’m Josee 💫
I’m stepping into my third year as a Licensed Massage Therapist and year two of owning my own practice (which still feels like a dream to me!) I love to create an all immersive experience for my clients, as I incorporate hot towels, aromatherapy, sound bowls/drums and breathwork into most of my sessions. Every session is unique and caters towards the goals of my client, whether it be pain relief, increasing mobility, recovery based, or a nervous system reset. My goal is to provide you with a personal, therapeutic experience that produces results and improves your quality of life.
On Fridays, you can catch me in barista mode ☕️
Scrubs off, you’ll most likely find me rutting around outside 😆 whether it be riding bikes, swimming, hiking, kayaking, or just breathing in the fresh air, I love any excuse to be out in the sunshine. I always have a new craft/project to start on a rainy day. I also love to spend my time with the people and animals in my life - from my friends, family, and bearded dragon, Frankie 💚
A few fun facts about me:
- my birthday is 01/02/03, which made me the new years baby and gave me a Capricorn sun & moon 🫣
- my favorite shows growing up were Little House on the Prairie and Arthur
- I won the cherry pit spitting contest at my last family reunion 🍒
One of my core values lies in the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated. I believe human rights are not a privilege, but a necessity - for EVERYONE. My practice is an inclusive space for all bodies. Your safety, comfort, and boundaries are extremely important to me. With that being said, I’m so glad you are here 🌀
