Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Greensboro/High Point Nc

Im currently seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping others and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Provide community living support and companionship
• Help clients build independence and life skills
• Document services and progress notes
• Support person-centered care plans
• Transport clients to community activities if needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Experience with IDD or behavioral health preferred (but not required)
• CPR/First Aid preferred
