My name is Lesley Kargbo, and I want to help you become better at what makes you move the BEST! Athletes are sidelined mainly because of preventable injuries. My joy in life is to get you back into your normal activity. Over the last several years, I have developed a return to sport program that includes functional movement testing to design personalized strength, balance, and endurance training.

My program will:
• Improve your fundamental motor control;
• Limit future injuries;
• Increase speed; and
