This past Monday we had an awesome talk from friend of the community Dr. Nuri Hassumani about his book, Infinite Mind, and 6 Key Ways we can live happier, healthier lives. It was an amazing discussion- we got the opportunity to learn a little bit about the ways our connections to each other bolster our spirits, and we also got to share a little bit about the ways we find meaning and purpose in our everyday lives. It was so nice to have honest and earnest discussion about the simple steps we can take to have richer lives. Thank you so much to Dr. Hassumani for giving us your time!
