Essential Reformer This is designed for a client that is newer to reformer or has never done Pilates reformer . You will establish your Pilates foundation: proper use of the reformer, learn the correct techniques to enhance your Pilates workout, understand Pilates cueing, proper breathing, proper body placement and form. Proper technique is essential for you to get the most out of your Pilates classes.

More about Carsyn...

Carsyn (CJ) received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University Saint Paul, where she gained experience in anatomy, science based personal training and program design. She is currently working toward a RYT-200hr yoga certification. She is passionate about all forms of movement especially lifting, dancing, running, hockey, Muay Thai, stretching, and hiking.

After her lifelong hockey career ended due to a double hip injury, she turned to strength training to manage pain and it turned into so much more. That experience created a deeper understanding of how unexpected and emotional injuries can be, shaping the empathetic and supportive approach she brings to training. As a younger trainer, CJ has a fresh understanding of the world of exercise science and is passionate about studying lifting in all aspects. She is very open to hearing new ideas, and incorporating movements specific to each client into client’s programs.
