Julie Gronquist opened Balance for Life Fitness Center in 2000 to provide women and men with a place to develop a balanced and healthy way of life, in a non-intimidating and non-competitive atmosphere. Balance for Life specializes in personal training, private Pilates training, group fitness,yoga and massage. All of our services can serve to enhance YOUR life in different areas! Working with a trainer adds motivation to get moving, keeps you accountable to your program, and ensures that you are making the most of each minute of your workout. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase your energy, or just plain feel better, we have the perfect trainer for you. Working with a Pilates trainer can especially help those who want to develop core strength, build lean muscle mass, improve posture, or reduce chronic pain. Our group fitness classes are the perfect fit for those people who want the knowledge and attention of a certified trainer, but love the energy that a group class can offer. Balance for Life offers a variety of classes, including mat Pilates, Pilates reformer, and Yoga. Balance for Life also offers massage therapy, to relieve our clients of the tension and stress that is unavoidable in our fast-paced lifestyle.
