Illumination Coaching and Yoga Victoria is a life coach focusing on the holistic well-being of her clients. She is also a 200 hr trained yoga instructor.

With a background in Holistic Psychology and as a personal coach, I hold a holistic view of each person, focusing on the body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in supporting clients to realize their life purpose, dreams, and aspirations- to find their individual "sparkle". Walking alongside my clients to process obstacles, delve into emotions, and gain awareness of patterns in order to bring about

transformation and increase fulfillment in all areas of their lives. I am also a 200hr trained yoga instructor, presently working towards 500hr certification. I teach a variety of classes in the Twin Cities, although Ashtanga Yoga is the main practice in my training. I also weave yoga into my coaching sessions when I believe it to be helpful. I am open to in-person, phone, and real-time media options, such as Skype, to carry out coaching sessions. Message, email, or call for further info.

So I did a “walk your talk” thing and a check off my 50th year bucket list.
I scheduled a 5 day stay at The Raj, an Ayurvedic Health spa.
I could feel my body’s need for a deep cleanse and rejuvenation, so I decided to listen!

The food, the treatments and the time to just be was exactly what my body, mind and soul needed.

I’m so thankful for this experience and Ayurveda 🙏🏽✨💗
