Oof, girl… if someone tells you there’s a cannula in your cheek, get a good malpractice lawyer.

A cannula is a blunt-tip tool sometimes used by experienced injectors to place filler more safely and smoothly under the skin. It’s not left inside your face, and it’s certainly not something that should be described casually without explanation.

And this is where I see a big issue.

I’m seeing more and more young women getting injections without fully understanding what’s being done, why it’s being done, or what tool is being used. That’s not okay.

It’s been an incredible year.

Wearing a lot of hats over here. Owner. Injector. Wife. Mother. Grandmother. Mentor. Listener. Caretaker.

Some days are nonstop. Some days are quiet. All of them are full.

I’m tired, yes, but it’s the kind of tired that comes from doing work you truly love and showing up for people you care about. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
