Our Story

Dr. Cogburn established Carolina Mountain Dermatology, PA in 1986. We offer both general and cosmetic dermatology as well as Mohs Micrographic Surgery. In addition, we offer a full line of aesthetic treatments and skin care products.

To accomplish this goal, we provide a professional and clean environment with state-of-the-art equipment. We listen to our patients. While all dermatology is visual, a patient’s history can bring about needed insight. We are straightforward with the diagnosis and explanation of the disease. We utilize tertiary care dermatologists when necessary, as well as continue the educational process for ourselves. And, of course, we are always mindful of cost.
