Higher Ground Pediatric Therapy provides comprehensive outpatient and community-based services for ages birth to 21. We offer expert care relating to speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We focus on provision of quality services, emphasizing parent education and participation. Currently, we provide services related to: ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Integrative Dysfunction, fine/gross motor deficits, learning disabilities, play skills, speech/language delays, behavior management, social skills, and more. We are a certified provider of Interactive Metronome, a proven method to enhance: frustration tolerance, attention, concentration and academic performance.

Behavioral Support Specialist – We’re hiring!

Looking for a meaningful part-time role where you can make a real impact? We’re seeking a Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team in a developmental preschool setting.

✨ 12–15 hours per week
✨ Minimum Associate’s degree required
✨ Pediatric experience required
✨ Strong communication skills & team mindset a must

In this role, you’ll collaborate with teachers and parents to support the implementation of behavior management strategies and help our youngest learners thrive.

This week’s schedule will be Tuesday–Friday from 8–6, and all Monday appointments will be shifted to Friday.

We have been closely monitoring Winter Storm Fern and have decided to close our office on Monday, January 26, to ensure the safety of our employees and the families we serve.

All appointments scheduled for Monday have been moved to Friday, January 30, when we will operate under normal business hours (8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.).
