So I am going to put myself out there. Being in healthcare, I have a strong passion to help others. I love taking care of people. I love seeing people get better, feel better, look better! I love seeing others shine! I realized in traditional healthcare I wasn’t helping patients the way I wanted to. I want to help patients who want to take ownership of their health & wellness. I am not here to sell you anything
except a healthy lifestyle that you are in charge of!! I became a nurse practitioner to be a provider. I became a nurse coach so that I can coach you to do it yourself! I realized that YOU need to want to do it for yourself.

Peptides are amazing & can make a huge difference in your health. A lot of people say peptides can’t survive digestion. That’s not the full picture.

Yes, many therapeutic peptides (especially lab-made ones) don’t survive the gut well—which is why Big Pharma usually injects them. But here’s the thing: not all peptides are the same.

5 days post microneedling! It’s one of my favorite treatments. Sure neurotoxin injections are great but you need to treat your skin too. Many of you know I am very passionate about health & wellness. I have been asked in the past, “If you are into health & wellness, why do you do aesthetics?”
My answer- After being in the sick care model for so many years, I want to take care of people who want to take care of themselves. People who care about their skin, their diet, their health, are often people who want to live a healthy, long life- longevity!!
