When your trying to have a heavy lifting Chest day & 75lbs is as high as a Gym goes then you get that weight up for your last 2 sets!!
4th and 5th sets, got it up 4 times.. Not bad, for lifting light with more reps for the past few months. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHERE MY MAX ARE... HEAVY WEIGHT, I'M COMING FOR YOU 🏋🏽‍♀️

HIIT is Done for the Week, Now we will end this week with strength training!! These ladies have stuck with it because they now realize that results aren't just given to them freely, you have to bust your butt in & out the gym, & leave the excuses behind... Y'all will like this Cleanse, it's something that I like to follow for myself when I'm feeling Bloated/Fatigued so hopefully we will be pushing to further our results, As always sooo proud of you all, Let's finish this short month, it goes by quick! 💪🏽☺️

Biggest benefit of being a Personal trainer is when you get text messages from your Fit Camp Ladies, saying that they have already lost 8 & 12 lbs since they have started, or some have gained muscle or just finally got some motivation. That's sooo exciting to me, Seeing them and my clients get Results 🤗 Like honestly they put in all the work and do the hard part. All I do is give them a push in the right direction and it's up to them to put it to use! This is why I do this...& I absolutely love what I do ♥️

I am a Certified Personal Trainer & in the process of getting another Training/Nutrition Certification so you will get the correct guidance in Form, Diet, and overall knowledge of Fitness!

Today's workout!!
HIIT/Agility Day (It's a light leg day for me & heavy legs at the end of the week)

Circuit #1
(5 Sets)
🔥Standing Db Lunges: Reps-10 on each Leg
🔥Sumo Squat: Reps-(10 regular-slow & 10 wide-fast)
🔥Piston Squats: Reps-10 on each legs. (Use a bench, if you aren't able to do them without)

Circuit #2
(5 Sets)
🔥Short Explosive Sprints + Ladder Work:10x
🔥Burpees into Squats:15x
🔥Ladder Work: 10x (Lol I hit the ladder)

🔥Side to side Rope Work: 5x-30 seconds each (it's more of a Finisher)
🔥Short Sprints: 25 Total (Down and back =1)

This was about 10 months ago, 30lbs difference... I don't normally focus on the numbers on the scale but I know that I was no where near my healthiest state. I chose to lose weight slowly because I wanted to be able to keep it off and maintain any muscle that I had left from gaining so much weight, a little was still there but just hiding behind some fat 😜 I was about 184lbs on the left (heaviest I've ever been) and now I'm sitting at around 153lbs, so Yeah I've been there & done that.. let me tell you it's definitely not as fun as being healthy. Just be patient and work hard everyday & things will fall into place... Just a little

Fit Camp coming soon June 5th!! Looking for 8 more Girls or Guys..

SUMMER FIT-PHAT CAMP..
It will be 4-day camp (also can be broken down into 2 day camps and as many are welcome for the 2 day camps.. if it doesn't fit your schedule, YOU MAY PICK YOUR TWO DAYS) so if your really determined in seeing results, there is no way you won't see the results you want.. if you follow the workout plan and diet tips for just 4 weeks straight! It is a 4-day camp so I really do need committed people that want to make a lifestyle change.. I want y'all to get the most out of it!!

It will be on Monday's & Tuesday's 6:15am-7:00am for more of quick HIIT/agility Workout and Friday's at 6pm-7pm and Saturdays at 9am-10am (these will be more of a heavy & light lifting day/working on proper form). This camp is fit for anyone but YOU MUST WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE!

I tell my Dedicated Fit Camp girls, I won't ever let you be comfortable in the routine but your body will eventually learn to adapt to an exercise no matter how intense. I know how it is not being comfortable in your own body so believe me, I'm here to help you get motivated! 💪🏽😘

Today's Shoulder Workout!

Quick workout with a bunch of sets.. all Supersets, meaning two exercises combined as one workout (Set)!

Shoulder Press: Reps x10,10,10,10,8,5
Weight:30,35,45,50,55,60Lbs
Seated bent over fly's: Reps x10,10,10,10,10,10
Weight: 12Lbs all sets

Cable Machine (Shoulder Work)
x10,10,10,10,10,10
Weight: 20-25Lbs all sets
Plate Raise
x10,10,10,10,10,10
Weight: 45Lbs Plate

Underhand front raises (10x each arm) shorted myself one, should of been 10!

Weight: 25 Lbs all sets
DB shoulder Fly's

Weight: 15Lbs should have went heavier but shoulders were done 😓
