2 years, 1 phrase and 80+ lbs between pictures.

The phrase that made the difference?

Something about this phrase changed something in me. It made perfect sense. I was tired of feeling like crap. I was tired of still having some bad/sick days. I was tired of ONLY feeling good when I didn't cheat on my "diet." For that matter, I was tired of dieting! I was just...tired! It took me a long time to research to find out what foods had the nutrition I needed without causing any other side effects or hormonal shifts.
