In this workshop, participants will learn ways to incorporate nature-based therapy interventions into perinatal therapy sessions. Additionally, they will learn about the types of spaces that promote healing & happiness through the three important features of sensory complexity, freedom, & space, as well as a newly proposed six-step model for nature-based therapy.

Who decides who we are "supposed" to be anyway? Trying to keep up with the Joneses or following the habits of society often leads to feelings of unhappiness. This is because those decisions and actions often don't align with our values. Choosing authenticity, embracing what is important to you, leads to a rich and meaningful life. What would you do differently if you were choosing to live an authentic life?
