Megan Powers, APRN-CNP
Megan Powers is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 9 years of experience, previously practicing in Pauls Valley. She enjoys providing care to patients of all ages and values the relationships developed within the family practice setting.
Megan is passionate about patient-centered care, with a strong focus on wellness and optimizing health so patients can feel their best. She believes in educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey. Megan feels truly blessed to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others each day.
Megan lives in Ardmore with her husband and three children, all of whom attend Plainview Public Schools. When not working, Megan spends most of her time cheering on her kids at sporting events.

Dr. Rebekah Fraley, DO
Dr. Rebekah Fraley, DO is a family medicine physician who completed her residency at AllianceHealth Durant, where she served as a PGY-3 and Chief of Wellness. During her training, she managed acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient populations and gained extensive experience in clinic, hospital, ER, and ICU settings. She also mentored junior residents and medical students and led initiatives to support physician well-being, team connection, and stress reduction.
A magna cm laude graduate of Oral Roberts University, Dr. Fraley went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Before entering medical school, she worked in neurophysiology at St. Francis Hospital, completing EEGs in NICU, PICU, neurology, and outpatient settings.
Dr. Fraley has contributed to research in both family medicine and molecular biology, including published work in the NCBI nucleotide database.
Dr. Fraley enjoys all aspects of medicine and loves caring for patients of every age. She values connection and takes time to get to know the people she serves. Providing individualized care that fits each person’s needs is central to her approach. She believes in walking through life with her patients and being attentive to what matters to them — because if it’s important to them, it’s important to her.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, volleyball, crocheting, horseback riding, scuba diving, raising chickens, and practicing beginner-level Spanish.

For the last month, our Health Centers were tasked with bringing in donations of brand new socks, to be later donated to The Salvation Army Ardmore Oklahoma, The Grace Center of Southern Oklahoma, Inc. and Community Youth Services of Southern Oklahoma. We truly have the best team!
