✔️ Stay in cool, air-conditioned spaces
✔️ Drink water often—don’t wait until you’re thirsty
✔️ Wear loose, light-colored clothing
✔️ Avoid outdoor activity during peak heat
✔️ Cool off with showers or damp cloths
✔️ Know the signs of heat illness: dizziness, nausea, confusion
