HTA of New York is hiring a CPSE/CSE Evaluations Coordinator for our Westchester County office in Ardsley, NY.

You’ll manage the full evaluation process for children ages 3 to 21 referred through the Committee on Preschool Special Education and Committee on Special Education. That means coordinating referrals, assigning evaluators, working with school districts and families, tracking timelines, and making sure everything stays on track and in compliance with NYS regulations.

If you have a bachelor’s degree and experience in Early Intervention, CPSE, or school-based special education, we’d love to hear from you.

What an incredible evening with the Coalition Warriors! Our Business Development Director, Christina Paul, joined this special meetup hosted by Jake and the team at New Hope Community in Pleasantville.

The highlight of the night was Sharon Bridson's "Walking in Another's Shoes" disability and empathy workshop, where participants experienced simulated disabilities while completing everyday tasks. It was a powerful, eye-opening experience that sparked meaningful reflection and conversation about how we can all better support the individuals and families in our communities.

Thank you to Jake and New Hope Community for hosting, and to all the amazing organizations who came together: Especially Able, Infinite Expressions SLP, Inclusive Initiative, and Able Athletics. This is what community collaboration looks like.

These gatherings remind us why the work we do matters, and why we're stronger when we do it together. 💚

We're hiring an Ongoing Service Coordinator to help Rockland County families access the Early Intervention services their children need. You'll be the go-to person for families, making sure services stay on track and every child gets the support they deserve. If you love making connections, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly, this one's for you!

Bilingual in Spanish and English? Even better! We're looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in service coordination or a related field, and both full-time and part-time roles are available.
