🥜Peanut Butter: Protein Source or Sneaky Treat?
Here’s what 1 portion of peanut butter looks like — just 2 tablespoons. 😲

Here’s the breakdown for a standard serving (2 tbsp):
➡️ 190–200 calories
➡️ 16g fat
➡️ 8g protein

⚠️ That’s a 2:1 ratio of fat to protein — not always ideal if your goal is fat loss or building lean muscle.

💡If you’re trying to increase protein without increasing fat and calories, try these swaps:
✨ PB Fit (powdered peanut butter) – same flavor, 70% fewer calories
✨ Mix PB Fit into Greek yogurt or a smoothie for a creamy, high-protein snack
✨ Use peanut butter more as a flavor enhancer, and pair it with high-protein options like:
• Cottage cheese
• Protein shakes

Healthy doesn’t have to mean complicated. 🥢✨

This Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of my favorite quick meals—it’s simple, full of flavor, and keeps me on track with my goals without sacrificing taste 😋💪

Having a few go-to meals like this can make a big difference when you’re trying to eat better, feel better, and stay consistent. You don’t need hours in the kitchen—just a few basic ingredients and a recipe you actually enjoy 🙌

Here’s what’s in it:
🥩 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
🥬 1 bag coleslaw mix
🥄 2 Tbsp coconut aminos (or teriyaki sauce if that’s what you have—flexibility makes it happen!)
🧄 1 Tbsp ground ginger + 1 tsp garlic powder
🧅 ½ cup green onions
🍯 1–2 packets monk fruit or stevia (for that sweet-savory balance)
🌶️ Optional: red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat
🧠 Extras I tossed in: red onion, mushrooms, water chestnuts (leftover from lettuce wraps)

Serve it on its own or over cauliflower rice for a low-carb, high-flavor bowl 🥣

Meals like this keep you feeling satisfied—not restricted. And that’s the key to real, lasting progress ✅💥
