We are so excited — the Argyle Farmers Market starts this Saturday, April 11th! 🫜

Serving on the Board for this market is something Janna loves because it’s such a meaningful way to support our local community, small businesses, and families. There is something so special about bringing people together around fresh food, local shopping, and community connection.

Here’s what to know for the 2026 season:

✨ 2nd Saturday Market
📍 NEW LOCATION: 414 US-Hwy 377 N, Argyle
Argyle Community Church Central-Youth Center parking lot
🕘 April–October: 9am–12pm
🕘 November: 9am–1pm

✨ Weekly Mini Markets
Held on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th weeks of the month
📍 Argyle Party and Gift
702 US-Hwy 377 N, Argyle
(The yellow building 2 blocks north of the Argyle Police Station)
🕙 10am–12pm

You’ll find weekly favorites like produce, bread, dairy, eggs, flowers, and more.

This is why we do what we do. 🤍

So proud of our client (and friend :) Tiffany and the way she keeps showing up.

This weekend she shared that she swam 400 meters, rode her bike for 30 minutes, and ran a mile straight — the first time she’s done that since recovering from a back injury. What a big moment! WOO HOO!

We’ve loved getting to cheer her on through the workouts, nutrition goals, accountability, and InBody progress! She’s continued to gain muscle, lose body fat, and keep moving forward with so much perseverance.

And shoutout to her PT team at too — we love seeing good support around our clients. And we know she loves her PT team - Cassie!

Tiffany, you are a warrior. We love you, we are so proud of you, and we cannot wait to cheer you (and Janna) on at your first triathlon. 🫶

Microgreens are basically *adult sprinkles*… and when your energy is low, we love anything that upgrades a meal without more cooking.

Today was Argyle High School student Ella’s last day of shadowing with us, and we’re so grateful for the time we’ve had with her since September. Her leadership, heart for others, and eagerness to learn brought so much light to our office. We loved having her on the Radiant team and know she has such a bright future ahead. ✨

At Radiant, part of our mission is to invest in the next generation and impact our community as we care for others. We’re always thankful for students and interns who choose to learn alongside us. Thank you, Ella—we can’t wait to hear what’s next.

Such a fun night with the Argyle 4-H crew 🤍

Emily Holt put together such an incredible event and invited us to be a part of it at Radiant Nutrition—bringing together local kids and families to experience global foods in the best way… by tasting them.

We explored foods from local restaurants- French (), Indian (), Mexican (), Greek (), Chinese () and more—talking about how what we eat is influenced by culture, tradition, geography, and even the meaning behind the food itself. From dumplings symbolizing prosperity to meals built from simple, local ingredients… it was more than food—it was connection.

One of my favorite takeaways we shared:
Trying new foods can actually strengthen your body—supporting gut health, increasing nutrient diversity, and building flexibility in how your body responds to different foods.
👉 Variety = strength

We also talked about how food isn’t just about taste—
it serves a purpose:
✨ Ginger for nausea
✨ Turmeric for inflammation
✨ Hearty meals for energy and strength

So grateful to be part of a night that made nutrition feel real, interactive, and fun for these kids.

Cadbury Egg Protein Energy Bites 🐣

A fun little twist on our favorite protein energy bites — with crushed Royal Dark Cadbury eggsmixed in. Protein, fiber + chocolate! 🙌

Recipe: Cadbury Egg Protein Energy Bites
* 1 cup peanut butter
* 2 cups rolled oats
* 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
* 2 tbsp local honey
* 1/2 cup PB2 powder (for extra protein)
* 1/4 cup ground flax
* 6–8 mini crushed Cadbury eggs (Royal Dark is our favorite)

Directions�Mix everything together, roll into bite-sized balls, and refrigerate or freeze (we prefer them frozen).

Simple, satisfying, and easy to keep on hand for a quick protein + fiber snack.
