26.1 warm up!
I’d definitely add on some cardio warm up to the beginning of this routine. These stretches will help you get into that squat for wall balls and get your legs primed for the workout!
Some modifications if you are recovering from an injury:
• lower the box height
• step ups instead of jumps
• med ball squats instead of tossing to target
• box squats instead of wall balls
There is always a way to make workouts accessible, no matter your fitness level or injury status!
