A client told me she was feeling stiff and sore “from aging”. She immediately retracted her statement and said “Age is just a number, I just haven’t been moving and stretching like I should be.”
It is true that our tissues deteriorate with age. We’d be almost invincible if they didn’t. But there are so many healthy habits you can adopt to DRASTICALLY decrease the rate at which this happens.
