Even when we come to honor another’s life, we often find ourselves revisiting our own memories of loss.

Today, I attended a funeral—not for myself, but to be present for someone who needed support.

No matter how prepared we think we are, funerals stir something deep within us. They remind us of love, loss, and the connections that shape our lives.

What surprised me most today was how easily old grief surfaced—faces, memories, even emotions I thought had healed. It reminded me that grief doesn’t always leave; it just softens over time.

Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give is simply showing up—to support, to listen, to be present.

Repurpose is what I do with my oil bottles then turn around and hand out samples!

This gives me another purpose to utilize the bottles to serve others.

This photo was taken in France, just 4 months before I made the decision to change direction in my migraine journey. If you look closely, you can see it in my eyes—I wasn’t well.

My smile may look sincere, but behind it I was exhausted, in pain, and desperate for relief. For 15 years, that was my reality.

I share this because I know many of you can relate to putting on a brave face while your body tells a different story.
