After 43 years of dedicated service to the Arkadelphia, Gurdon, Bismarck and surrounding areas, Dr. Bost will be retiring in March. While it has been his pleasure to treat multiple generations of families through the years it is now time for him to move to the next chapter in life, retirement!
The Family Eye Clinic will remain open until May 2025 in order to process remaining orders for glasses and contacts, and provide patients with copies of their eyeglass and/or contact prescriptions if needed. Also we will work to transfer records of patients currently being treated for glaucoma or who have been seen for glaucoma care during the past 12 months, to their new provider if we have not already done so for them. Please contact our office for referrals or information regarding continued care. At this time we are unable to inform you of any future plans for the practice beyond the month of May. We recommend patients with vision plans contact or check the websites of their vision insurance company for a list of covered providers in their area or neighboring areas close to your zip code.
Our office hours will be changing in March. The clinic will be open 8 am to 5 pm, closing during lunch as always, Monday thru Wednesday until May, but Dr. Bost will not be seeing patients after March 10.
Dr. Bost wishes to thank everyone for allowing him to be a part of yours or your family’s eyecare journey over the past 4 decades. He will miss his patients and the relationships and memories he has built over time. From him and the rest of the staff of The Family Eye Clinic we wish the best for you and your family and may God bless you with health and happiness in the future!
Last but not least, for anyone wanting to wish him well or say goodbye to Dr. Bost, we will be having a drop in reception on Tuesday, March 11, from 10 am to 2 pm.
