MacKenzie proudly serves as Manager of our Arkadelphia location, bringing both heart and leadership to the families she serves. Originally from Malvern, she has long-standing ties to the Arkadelphia community and says what she loves most is simple—the people.

Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people, and she was drawn to this profession through a mix of curiosity and faith, trusting she was placed exactly where she’s meant to be.

Outside of work, MacKenzie enjoys riding horses, barrel racing, and even racing mules. She’s also a talented musician, playing upright bass at church each Sunday.

With a strong passion for learning and a deep dedication to service, MacKenzie brings both knowledge and heart to everything she does.
