For the second year in a row, the Christmas in the City window decorating contest winner A-1 IV Rehydration Clinic and Lounge presented a check to Cowley County Humane Society!

For this contest, every participating business received a bucket for votes on their window decoration, 1 penny = 1 vote. The business that collects the most money chooses a local non-profit to donate all the collected funds to.
