The whole point of FST is to be relaxed and comfortable on the table!

That's what the straps offer, security and a stable hold so you can enjoy the movement patterns and stretches without having to engage your body so you stay in place.

They also allow me to get the most out of the stretch by getting all the traction from the joints and tissues as I can so you don't have to fight against me during the session and you get the best FST experience 👌🏽

Congratulations to for his Grand RE-Opening!! Thank you for having me there! I always love to be able to support my colleague's and fellow local businesses!! Bummer we didn't catch a pic together!

While I was there, I offered a raffle for 4 -30 mins sessions, the winners will be announced this week!

I have personally worked with and seen Aaron's skills - training myself and so many young athletes to improve their sports performance skills-speed, agility, strength and endurance. As an athlete himself he relates well to anyone who is playing or looking to improve their athletic abilities.⚾️🏒⛳️

Many continue to work with him after college into adult hood to achieve their goals in health and weightloss. And if you didn't start as an athlete, it's never too late!
