Holiday stress = shoulder tension (here's why)

Notice your shoulders creeping up toward your ears during the holidays?
Shopping. Cooking. Hosting. Travel. Family dynamics.

Why your hip pain may be your low back

You: 'My hip hurts when I run.'
Everyone else: 'Must be your hip flexor. Stretch more.'
Me: 'Let's check your lower back.'
Here's what's really happening:
Tightness in your lower back (often from sitting) limits hip mobility. Your hip compensates. The compensation creates pain.
You stretch the hip. Feel better for 10 minutes. Pain comes back.
Because you never addressed the lower back.

Congratulations to for his Grand RE-Opening!! Thank you for having me there! I always love to be able to support my colleague's and fellow local businesses!! Bummer we didn't catch a pic together!

While I was there, I offered a raffle for 4 -30 mins sessions, the winners will be announced this week!

I have personally worked with and seen Aaron's skills - training myself and so many young athletes to improve their sports performance skills-speed, agility, strength and endurance. As an athlete himself he relates well to anyone who is playing or looking to improve their athletic abilities.⚾️🏒⛳️

Many continue to work with him after college into adult hood to achieve their goals in health and weightloss. And if you didn't start as an athlete, it's never too late!
