Our first time at the was so much fun! We got to meet soo many people chat and stretch 💕 I loved being able to share FST with the women of chicago!! Now they know how good it feels!

Congratulations to for his Grand RE-Opening!! Thank you for having me there! I always love to be able to support my colleague's and fellow local businesses!! Bummer we didn't catch a pic together!

While I was there, I offered a raffle for 4 -30 mins sessions, the winners will be announced this week!

I have personally worked with and seen Aaron's skills - training myself and so many young athletes to improve their sports performance skills-speed, agility, strength and endurance. As an athlete himself he relates well to anyone who is playing or looking to improve their athletic abilities.⚾️🏒⛳️

Many continue to work with him after college into adult hood to achieve their goals in health and weightloss. And if you didn't start as an athlete, it's never too late!

What a rush it was to meet and work on so many athletes- competitors, and the friends and family there for support! Such good vibes at this event, you guys put on a great event!

Thank you to everyone who came to check out Breathe Easy Wellness and experience the benefits yourself, taking care of your body and improving your mobility should always be a priority especially when it comes to posing and preventing injury!!
