Babies can have their first adjustment as early as a few days after birth (and babies born to two chiropractor parents almost certainly will)! That’s because the birthing process can cause misalignments. In fact, 95% of Infants have misalignments after birth. Chiropractic care for infants is shown to relax muscular tension, improve sleep, reduce colic symptoms, and even improve breastfeeding outcomes in newborns.
The adjustments are very gentle, often involving light finger pressure.
