Here’s what I personally do to prioritize health & wellness:
*Diffuse + apply my essential oils.
*Choose healthy recipes for meals, and make our grocery list based off of that.
*Take my supplements.
*Schedule my next appointment before I leave acupuncture, chiropractor, craniosacral, massage, etc.
*Make time for movement in my day. Even a short walk helps me reset.
