I am Dr. Kanella and believe there are no accidents, you have arrived here for a reason. I started being involved in weight loss over 10 years ago when I needed to lose a large amount of weight, to be exact close to 200 pounds. The story, everyone has one, was a combination of health issues during pregnancies before/after and the stress of it all that we call life. Then woke up one day motivated to make a change. It has brought me to today and the program that has literally helped hundreds and thousands release the weight and literally go through a metabolic reset. Our program has evolved to what it is today.
