WHAT'S NEW IN GROUP EX?!?
Gentle Chair Yoga 45
A slow-paced yoga practice that focuses on gentle stretching to increase flexibility, strength and body awareness. Mindful movements will be incorporated with breathing exercises (pranayama) and poses that improve strength and balance. Chair, blankets, blocks and other props will be used to support the practice. Free for members and MedFit.

Strength and Conditioning 60
Join Dede for a 60-minute full-body workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness. This class combines resistance training, functional movements, and conditioning drills to help you feel stronger, more energized, and confident in your body. All levels are welcome!

50 minutes. This morning class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All Level.

50 min classes added with Vicki! Come make this class your own with challenging your major muscle groups for each exercise. With the use of body weight, barbells, dumbbells, and/or medballs; your muscles will be working the whole time. All Level
