“You’re too skinny”
“You’re too fat”
“You’re too this”
“You’re too that”

✨Women are taught to shrink, adjust and apologize for taking up space.

I’m not doing that anymore.

Women’s bodies are not out for discussion.
Our existence is not a debate.

And if that makes you uncomfortable….. that’s yours to work through.✨

Just out here setting the mood. Colors are energy.

When we intentionally set the mood with color, we transform a space into an experience.

Learning often starts with unlearning old beliefs—especially the ones we absorbed without choice. When we loosen our grip on what once made sense, we create space for new information, deeper understanding, and clarity that actually supports our growth.
Unlearning isn’t failure.
It’s discernment.
It’s curiosity paired with compassion.
Growth doesn’t require erasing the past—it asks us to update what we know as we learn more. 🌿

All of the systems around us matter.
Culture, family expectations, work environments, and societal pressures shape how we move through the world and how our nervous systems respond—often in ways we didn’t choose.
And within all of that, you still get to choose who has close access to you.
Your inner circle doesn’t have to mirror the systems you came from. It can be built with intention—made up of people who are steady, respectful, and supportive of your boundaries.
Not everyone needs front-row access to your inner world. Some relationships belong in wider circles, and that doesn’t make them less meaningful—it means you’re caring for yourself.
You’re allowed to create a community that feels regulating, affirming, and aligned.
That choice is part of healing. ✨

✨Manifesting doesn’t have to be loud, urgent, or exhausting.
Sometimes it starts quietly—by listening inward, honoring your limits, and letting your nervous system feel safe first.
If this season feels heavy or unclear, you’re not behind. You’re allowed to move slowly, dream gently, and trust that small steps still count! ✨ ❤️🫶🏽🌎

When you’re hungry, exhausted, lonely, or emotionally overwhelmed, your nervous system is in survival mode—not decision-making mode.
Pausing to check in with H.A.L.T. can help, but you don’t have to do this work alone.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, build awareness, and practice responding with compassion instead of reacting under pressure. If you’re finding it hard to pause or feel regulated, support is available—and you deserve it. 🦋🌎💤🥗❤️‍🩹

Some struggles are easy to name.
Others are inherited, learned, or quietly carried for years.

Anxiety. Depression. Trauma.
Family patterns that never had language.
Perfectionism that once offered safety.
Burnout born from caring deeply.
People-pleasing, guilt, and the longing to feel enough.

In therapy, we move slowly and with care—
gently loosening what no longer supports you,
old roles, self-criticism, fear of failure, co-dependency,
and the habits that once helped you get through.
My work is culturally informed, feminist, and humanistic—
grounded in compassion, evidence-based practices,
and deep respect for your lived experience.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been
and allowing yourself to come home.

Hope to connect and walk side by side with you through your journey❤️🦋🌎❤️‍🩹

Love,
Joy
