In times like these, stress feels constant, but there are holistic practices we can lean into:
⭐Mindful pauses: Even 2 minutes of deep breathing or grounding in nature can reset your nervous system.
⭐Digital boundaries: Limit doomscrolling on social media and your news intake.
⭐Movement + rest balance: Gentle stretches, walks, or yoga, plus quality downtime, help buffer stress.
