Speech and Language Pathways is a pediatric therapy practice offering occupational and speech and language services. Our therapists provide evaluation and treatment for a wide range of conditions including ankyloglossia (tongue tie) pre and post operatively, cleft lip and palate, Feeding, Autism spectrum disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, developmental delay, and children with complex communication needs. Speech-Language Pathologists treat a variety of communication conditions including apraxia of speech, orofacial myofunctional disorders, phonological and articulation disorders, and expressive and receptive language disorders and delays. Our occupational therapist provides individual sessions as well as integrated co-treatment with the speech-language pathologist to address fine motor and sensory integration needs. Our therapists are highly involved in their professional learning community and utilize evidence-based practices in their evaluations and treatment. Our specializations include Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), Orofacial Myology, Apraxia of speech, word finding, speech sound disorders, cleft lip and palate, and language disorders. Additionally, we offer collaborative Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) evaluations for children and young adults. These evaluations are completed by an occupational therapist and speech-language pathologist to identify the strengths and needs of each child and to determine the most efficient AAC system.
