We have observed an increasing number of same-day cancellations and rescheduling from clients. Our policy is clearly outlined on our website and was also discussed with you during the booking process over the phone.

Regrettably, some clients have threatened to leave negative reviews regarding the charges processed on their credit cards. 😢

Our providers dedicate their time and effort to prepare for your appointments, and we greatly appreciate your consideration in this matter. Please understand that cancellations affect our ability to book other clients.

Meet our newest massage therapist, Julie B.✨
We are so excited to have her on our team at the Arlington Heights location.

We have a total of 5 massage therapists: Orawan, Dede, Patricja, Anna, and Julie.

Julie is a compassionate and fun-loving clinical massage therapist with over ten years of experience in this field. She specializes in trigger point therapy, pain management, specific medical conditions, and sports massage.

Julie prioritizes her clients' needs by listening as well as asking questions so that she is able to provide the most effective treatment and enhance the quality of everyday life, both physically and mentally.

Available: Monday and Wednesday, 1–9 PM.

I wanted to share a quick update: my schedule at the Arlington Heights location is completely booked for the remainder of the year.
