Arlington Addiction Recovery Initiative Arlington (VA) Addiction Recovery Initiative (AARI) is a community wide group working to combat addiction and the opioid epidemic.

AARI is focused on providing community education, prevention and treatment resources, and sharing data.

August is Overdose Awareness month. If you’ve lost someone you love to an overdose you’re invited to write their name on a memorial heart located in the lobby at
2120 Washington Blvd
Arlington, VA 22204
The building is open Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.

This display will be up until August 27.
On August 28 we will be taking the memorial wall and display it at the plaza in front of Shirlington library in preparation for the overdose vigil that takes place that evening at 7 PM.
