Hey y’all… I want to share something real for a minute.
For the past 4 years, I’ve been dealing with digestive issues that have progressively gotten worse.
To the point where now, I can only tolerate a handful of foods—literally about four—because my body just cannot process things the way it used to.
And if you’ve ever experienced that… you know how frustrating, confusing, and honestly discouraging it can feel.
Last week, I finally had some testing done. I’ve received results from one test, and I’m still waiting on the other…
But for the first time in a long time, I’m starting to get answers about what’s going on with my digestive system.
And here’s the part that really got me…
It all ties back to hormonal changes during perimenopause.
Something that is not talked about enough.
My goal is to share a video later this week breaking this down—what I’ve been experiencing, what I’ve learned so far, and what you need to look out for.
