I am happy to announce to our community progress towards my “someday” dream of owning my own yoga studio! Yoga is a universal language. No mirrors. No judgment.

I am Denise, owner of Within Shoppe & (art) Studio, and Within Yoga Studio! I am a registered yoga teacher, member of Yoga Alliance, certified child yoga teacher and member of Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH). I am proud to offer you the opportunity in a safe, sacred space to be present in the moment and learn about your breath and your body. My yoga style allows us to focus on the importance of what’s WITHIN, by putting ourselves first, accept who we are and find self love. I offer nurturing yoga practices (such as restorative and yin, as well as meditation). I offer small group classes, private sessions, workshops, and meditation. My child workshop practices incorporate movement, breath-work, meditation, mindfulness, and sometimes art! My classes are open to all levels, and/or anyone that is curious what yoga is about without intimidation. I’ve worked hard to make each practice inclusive for EVERYONE, EVERY BODY SIZE, EVERY AGE, EVERY GENDER, EVERY COLOR, EVERY FITNESS LEVEL. No competition.

🩷🤍Three weeks ago today, I had the privilege of returning for the second year to guide sound healing and meditation to Omaha’s Project Pink'D. This was an extraordinary group of breast cancer warriors.
Their strength, resilience, and sisterhood were deeply moving — a powerful reminder of what it means to hold space for one another in healing and hope.🤍🩷

It was an honor to create a safe, nurturing space where these incredible women could rest, reconnect, and simply be. I left as inspired as I hope they felt — grounded in gratitude and awe of their collective power. 🙏🏻 🩷🫶🏼

Don’t worry — this isn’t that kind of page, so I won’t be asking for foot pics…😂 but I will encourage you to kick off your shoes and give yourself (and your feet) five minutes barefoot in the grass today. 👣 🌱

Grounding is simple, free, and one of the best ways
to reset your energy. Try it — your nervous system will thank you! 🤍

Last night’s Riverside Moonlight Sound Healing was magic.✨ Under the glow of the 🌺Flower Moon🌺, we shared an intimate evening of heart-opening ❤️ chakra meditation ☮️ intention-setting, 🌼 flower crowns and made 🌚 moon water! It was peaceful and full of connection, reflection, and powerful energy! ✨🤍

🌀Day #2 of our “Riverside Full Moon Sound Healing & Heart Opening Chakra Meditation” is on Monday, May 12th, beginning at 7:30pm, on our private spot on the Elkhorn River.

🌝This IS an outdoor event so we can embrace the new beginnings and blossoming vibes of the full moon!
🌺The Flower Moon encourages self-reflection and introspection, prompting you to look “WITHIN”. 😉
🤍It's a time for letting go of old grudges, negative patterns, and anything that no longer serves you, paving the way for growth and transformation.
🌕 The full moon is a powerful time for manifestation and setting intentions for the future, focusing on clearing the slate and aligning your energy with your desire.
