Move More Month isn't over, and we're taking a moment to look back on the event that kicked off this month of wellness, National Walking Day!

We had an amazing day at George Mason University getting our hearts pumping with yoga, Tabata and rugby tackles. Nutrition experts kept us fueled with healthy bites, 97.1 WASH-FM kept the music playing and our team helped make sure participants learned the lifesaving skill of Hands-Only CPR before they left.

PLUS: staff from Sheehy Auto Stores brought National Walking Day to the office, getting the whole team in on the action!
