Congratulations to Jackie Jensen!! She won our door prize from Saturday, our first ever Sip & Shop!! Thank you to all that made the day a such fun success!! See you November 4th for more fun!

Darn excited about the Sip and Shop in Arlington. Taking place October 21, 2023. Six business in town will be open for you to sample wines. We are featuring Schade wine from Volga SD this event. You purchase a wine glass at the drug store on Main Street Arlington. Then you sip and shop around town. Event is from 10-2. Once you get the wine glass you bring that wine glass to the next 3 events of this year and then you sip and shop free since you already have the event glass. Free wine testing once you buy the glass to any Sip and Shop events we have the next few years . Bring it back November 4 for the Holiday Hoopla and sip free. Bring friends and they can purchase a glass of their own and join the fun. We plan on having at least four events every year if not more. Wine will probably be different each event. Fun event for friends and family. Come out and enjoy local shopping. Please ask any questions and I or the other business will try to answer. See you SOON!

Reminder tha the Legion Auxiliary is collecting tennis shoes. They maybe dropped off at Nelson Drug in Arlington. Let’s see how many we can keep out of the landfills!

The American Legion Auxiliary in Arlington is collecting used tennis shoes. If they are in good shape they will be donated to vets and their families. If they are not in good shape they will be recycled and the Auxiliary will receive money for them. What a great way to keep them out of the landfill! Nelson Drug is happy be a drop off site. Bring your old tennis shoes down.
