Energy intake (calories) should be in balance with energy expenditure.
Total fat should not exceed 30% of total energy intake and intake of saturated and trans-fats should be less than 10% and 1%, respectively, of total energy intake.
Intake of free sugars should be limited to less than 10% of total energy intake.
Salt intake should be kept to less than 5 g per day.

Have a challenge for you today. Whenever you see or hear something negative or bad, push it out of your head. Distract yourself, meditate, whatever works. When you see or hear something good, focus on it. Think about every detail of what makes that good and why it makes you feel good. When you focus on the good, the good gets better and the bad becomes less frequent. We have more power than we think to see and spread goodness in the world. Energy goes where attention flows.

Love eating healthy, water is key! You must drink your water 75-90 oz a day. The food you can eat while staying healthy is delicious!!!
