Movement is medicine, and discovering the joy of exercise can greatly support your health.
As I’m reflecting on the days when I was really on the search for a fitness routine that would actually fit my busy mom schedule and help me hit my health goals. Back in 2008, I found Pilates, and honestly, I haven’t looked back since! I started off at a little studio, going up to four times a week. It didn’t take long to notice the incredible benefits. Pilates didn’t just fill a slot in my schedule, it completely transformed my lifestyle. My love for it only grew, eventually leading me to earn a STOTT PILATES® certification. This allowed me to dive deeper into the practice and share its amazing benefits with others. For me, Pilates has truly been medicine in motion. As I continue teaching and spreading education about Pilates, I realize the profound impact it’s had on my life and I am truly grateful and honored to be able to share it with others. We all crave balance in our lives. That’s why I believe movement is the ultimate medicine.
