In response to the chilly and icy conditions outside, residents here at Interlochen decided on a pajama movie night as part of the evening's scheduled activities. A movie was democratically selected and watched by the group with popcorn, soda, and water in attendance, receiving praise from the residents afterwards.

Crumble Crust Apple Cobbler

How to make this delicious treat

Preheat oven 350
Sliced Apples ( can or slice apples )
toss apples with granulated sugar & cinnamon

In a bowl combine oats and brown sugar with a whole stick of melted butter for the topping.

Spread apple mixture evenly on a baking dish
Sprinkle the crumb topping generously over the apples.

Bake for 30- 40 minutes. Until the apples are tender and the topping is a golden brown.

Once out of the oven and the apple cobbler has cooled down. Scoop cobbler onto a dessert cup or plate . Add whip topping & sprinkle cinnamon on top

We had a poppin’ good time celebrating National Popcorn Day with our amazing employees! From sweet to savory, everyone enjoyed Cotton Candy, Cheddar, Caramel, and Dill Pickle popcorn 😋
As if that wasn’t enough, we also celebrated our Administrator's birthday (from yesterday 🎈) with Nothing Bundt Cakes minis—because every great team deserves a little extra sweetness! 🧁💛
Thank you to our wonderful staff for bringing the smiles, laughs, and positive energy. Moments like these make our workplace feel like family.
