Not all workouts are about to burn 500-600 calories. Todays workout was about finding out 3 rep max on bench. Pretty excited to get 225 lbs! I can’t remember if I have ever done that before so yay to me. Also don’t be afraid to ask someone to spot you or just keep an eye on you just in case.
