Me: “But, what if I fail?” Also me: “Ok, and?! What if I don’t?”

Today, I received the final paycheck from my full time desk job. I also received the final approvals for the permits and certificate of occupancy for my new wellness studio location. The Bewitching Bodywork Studio is officially open for business! Am I terrified? ABSOLUTELY 💯 😱 But, I also feel the rush of excitement each time I think of waking in the morning, being the boss of my own self, and getting to do the work that fills my heart with pure joy and gratitude. I’m so ready for this adventure 🙏🏻💖

As most of you know, I've spent the past 6 weeks resting and healing after a surgical procedure. Thought I'd send a quick update to let you all know that I am feeling well rested and excited to bring my energy and skills back to the table. Are you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected? Caught up in the grind and exhausted by the hustle?

We, Darren of & Tabitha of invite you to come together, October 27th-29th, for a weekend of rejuvenating, recreating, reconnecting and rest.

Hustle and grind culture disconnects us from our body as we opt into a “no pain no gain” mentality. We ignore the body’s instinctual wisdom and desensitize ourselves to the insights carried through its messages. Grinding it out and pushing through pain leads to burn out and dis-ease. Somatic experience exercises are our invitation to come out of that mentality and drop back into the sanctity our own body, guiding us towards embodiment by bringing us into the present moment. During your time at our retreat we will come together in healing community to explore ways to stimulate our senses and reconnect to our body’s wisdom. Together, we will empower ourselves and each other to reclaim our individual body autonomy so we may each begin to feel more grounded and at ease.
