Looking to build confidence and gain yoga teaching experience?

Join our upcoming cohort of Wild Ember mentees!

8 week program. October - December 2025. Meets weekly for 2 hours.

Meetings are a combination of training & practice teaching,

with constructive feedback and mentorship.

Program culminates with the opportunity to teach a free community class.

$800. Includes unlimited classes. YTT certificate required.

Well folks… she did it! Congrats Joyce on your 100th class! At Monday night Sweat & Smile, we did 10 sets of core in honor of her 100th. Then we *of course* had to do it again this morning with her crew. 😅😅😅
